Permadec GRP Deck Panels
Permadec Standard Panels are permanent GRP soffit formwork engineered for bridge decks and civil infrastructure. Designed to deliver structural efficiency, durability and geometric flexibility, they integrate seamlessly with cast in-situ concrete construction.
Permadec Standard Panels are engineered to suit the specific requirements of each project. Rib depth and spacing are adjusted to accommodate clear span and deck depth, with panels commonly designed for deck thicknesses up to 350 mm and adaptable to suit greater depths where required.
Bespoke configurations, including skewed geometries, can be developed to suit complex bridge layouts. Rib spacing is coordinated with reinforcement layouts to support efficient installation and minimise onsite clashes.
Panels are designed to accommodate construction stage loads and can provide a safe working platform.
Panels are lightweight to support safe handling. Where manual handling is not appropriate, factory-installed lifting points can be incorporated to facilitate controlled installation using suitable site machinery.
Panels may be trimmed onsite to suit final tolerances if required. Standard manufacturing tolerances are controlled to within ±3 mm.

They were superb throughout the procurement, design and manufacturing stage.
